The 24-story Parus house is located in the north-west of Moscow in the Khodynsky field area. The unusual facade of the building resembles a drop of water or a sail blown by the wind, and the locals have already nicknamed the project “house-ear”. Initially, it was planned to build the longest house in Europe. However, it became apparent that such a structure would cast a huge shadow on the adjoining schoolyard. As a result, it was decided to design a building of an unusual curved shape, which accommodates 30,000 square meters. meters of living space and at the same time does not deprive the surrounding areas of the sun. The house is divided into five residential sections, each of which has its own lobby. In 2007, the project was awarded the House of the Year Award.
